On January 14, 2014 Forbes Bulgaria has been giving business prizes for the third consecutive year, which distinguish good business practices and promote the entrepreneurial spirit in Bulgaria.

In January 2013, ExTempore was given training for the permanent staff at the BlackSeaRama Golf & Villas Golf Resort. A training program was prepared by Mrs. Melamed, following an audit under the secret client.

The theme of the training “The client – the one without whom we can not”. The training was attended by the heads of all departments of the company, as well as regular staff from the departments “Nutrition”, “Reception”, “Golf Department”. The course was held on site, in the complex, for 5 days in March 2013. The training included a theoretical part, as well as a practical part of solving real business cases and playing them as role-playing games.

Ms. Vesela Melamed has produced company standards. With the help of the Ex tempore team, support tools for operational work in the form of checkers were also prepared. After the trained management, BlackSeaRama Golf & Villas received a report on the course.

The course is part of the long-term strategy of the company to increase the level of customer service and to validate internal company standards.

BlackSeaRama Golf & Villas appreciates the highly professionalism, energy and dedication of Mrs. Melamed and her team. The training was excellently structured and addressed to the specific needs of the golf complex.
