On November 10, 2015 in the city of Sofia, the CORSO Restaurant will take place the second of its kind award ceremony BEYOND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION 2015 to companies that have proven high quality of their services in the sphere of tourism, hotels, information technologies, automobile market and others.
The main event organizer is EXTEMPORE SERVICE, a leading agency for training and development of service staff with years of international experience in hospitality, tourism, international business relations, specialized tourism services, aviation, etc.
The event is held for the second time in Bulgaria and its purpose is to continue the initiative of building a high culture and quality of service. Award-winning companies have achieved and retained the highest results since their creation to date by investing in training and organizing the work of their staff, as well as demonstrating a proven customer attitude as a strategy for business development.
The nomination method for the participants in the ranking is a periodic attestation at the “secret client” level and the long-term development goals in each individual organization, including the personal engagement of the individual employee, regardless of the position occupied.
