Award ceremony for service quality certificates “Beyond Customer Satisfaction 2014″

On November 6, 2014, the first annual Beyond Customer Satisfaction 2014 certification ceremony will be held by companies that have proven high quality of the service they offer.

With this event, we want to launch the development of a comprehensive platform to recognize companies that have achieved a high quality service standard each year.
